Chakra 5 offers yoga at The Global Energy Race for 5/10K participants

Chakra 5 doesn’t just do yoga classes in offices or schools, we also work on location at special events like 5 and 10K races.

The Global Energy Race is an event where entire families from 23 different countries run together in the largest sports event around the world.

The Los Angeles event was sponsored by Bimbo and held in downtown Los Angeles at LA Live. Chakra 5 was invited to host a booth and get the participants warmed up (and cooled down!) for the race with some yoga moves and stretches with teachers Chrissy and McKenna.

While they visited with us, runners could learn all about what Chakra 5 does and pick up some business cards and a little swag.

It was very inspiring to see all the groups of friends, families and companies coming together in the name of health and happiness on a day that was perfect for a running event.
